Situation

LHMS Agency ensures for the final client – the most significant Czech car factory – a number of creative and multi-media projects, one of which included a Škoda Media Services application that is very popular among the journalists.

Requirement

The Agency required  that INITED became familiar with the application as soon as possible, stepped in the manufacture and repaired the mistakes waiting in the queue of requests. Simultaneously, another gaol was to make INITED a technological guarantor of functionality and the entire technological solution of the application in relation to the end client.

Solution

During several days INITED Solutions successfully took over the development and immediately started to deal with minor defects and other requirements in the queue. The technical platform of the Škoda Media Services application and the required processes of the car factory necessitated close cooperation directly with the car factory IT department and INITED succeeded also in this domain.

Result

The Škoda Media Services mobile application is the highest-ranking application of ŠKODA AUTO at Google Play (score 4.2 of 5) and successfully serves to Czech and also foreign journalist and the brand fans. The client appreciated the deep technical knowledge of INITED and on the other hand, it is crucial for the agency that it has a skilled and reliable partner also for the orders of the most demanding clients.
